Neoceuticals Limited was formed in 2008 by its co-founders Dr. Andrew Brodrick and Dr. Rod Adams to develop paediatric, specialist nutritional and niche products for the healthcare market. Neoceuticals is a Member of the Ethical Medicines Industry Group (EMIG).
Dr. Andrew Brodrick and Dr Rod Adams are highly experienced Pharmaceutical Executives and have an outstanding reputation for innovation and providing solutions for healthcare professionals.
Although set up to primarily serve the UK market, Neoceuticals’ product range is attracting attention worldwide and its export portfolio continues to expand. The company now has partners in Lithuania, Serbia, Egypt. And is actively seeking partners in a number of other overseas markets to help facilitate the company’s continued growth.
September 6, 2021, marks an important milestone for Neoceuticals. Guangxi Minglei Weisheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a Chinese pharmaceutical company acquired 100% equity of the company with an ambition to strengthen new drug research and development, and expand its global business.

Neoceuticals Limited was incorporated in January.
First sales of Neokay Drops as a food supplement in April.
A license was granted for Neokay 1mg capsules in May.
A new version of Neokay 1mg capsules (12 capsules pack) was launched in July
Successfully renewed Neokay 1mg Capsules licence. 2015 in May.
Launch of German Neokay 1mg capsules (100 pack) in January
Launch of German Neokay 1mg capsules (12 pack) in September.
September 6 , Guangxi Minglei Weisheng Pharmaceuticals completed the acquisition of 100% of Neoceuticals' equity.
In the same year, Neokay 1 mg capsule has become a paediatric drug with the status of Chinese reference preparation approved by CDE.
Dextrogel developed. A 3*25g tube pack and an 80g bottle pack were launched in May.
Neomel Liquid (200ml) (Melatonin) in July.
Neozem (Diltiazem HCl) in Novem
Licence granted for Neomag in January.
Neomag launched in June.
The acquizition process for Neoceuticals started in July.
